Clouds C forms part of the Psyche’s Garden series of six original paintings by Sian Zeng. Inspired by Stephen Fry’s Mythos: The Greek Myths Retold, Sian delves into the tale of Psyche and Eros, a story of desire, vulnerability, longing and transformation.
In a world where the ethereal and earthly intertwine, Psyche explores the palace in the sky; its beautiful garden alive with strange creatures. Inviting the viewer to daydream and find resonance with this ancient tale, each painting represents the liminal space where reality and fantasy; the mortal and the divine, converge.

ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Hand-painted by Sian Zeng onto acid free, 300gsm 100% cotton.
Painted using Turner's Acrylic Gouache which combines the durability of acrylic with the chalky aesthetic of gouache.
Varnished with matt varnish to protect against UV damage.
ABOUT THE FRAME
Available framed or unframed.
The natural wood frame has been painted white and is wax-sealed. The frame comes with an acrylic cover. This is not necessary to use if you prefer a glare-free appearance.
Note that the painting itself has been varnished for extra protection.
