NEW Made-to-Order Wallpaper - Your How-To Guide
Welcome to a new chapter at Sian Zeng! For the new year, we have decided to transition from holding stock to a Made-to-Order model. This shift allows us to reduce waste by avoiding over-production, better managing our resources as a small business, and allowing us to launch more collections each year.
This change not only responds to your valuable feedback requesting more custom order options but also aligns with our commitment to sustainability.
However, this does not mean we won’t be holding any stock at all! We will still be stocking our most popular designs, ensuring we can provide a quick turnaround time from the moment you place an order until the wallpaper is delivered.
Every design on our webshop features a 'Delivery Information' box in its product description. We strongly encourage you to check this section to understand the expected dispatch and delivery times for your specific order.
Understanding Our New Dispatch Times
1. In Stock Items: Quick Dispatch for Ready-to-Ship Designs
For wallpapers that are shown In Stock, we are pleased to offer a swift dispatch time of 2-3 working days. It’s important to note, however, that any custom orders, including orders with single panels, will be processed as Made to Order. This means that even if a design is listed as In Stock, customizations will extend the dispatch time.
2. Custom Wallpaper: Tailored to You
If the wallpaper you’re eyeing is Made to Order, the dispatch time will be 1-3 weeks from when your order is placed. This includes any order for custom sizes, bespoke adjustments, or single panels. See below an example of the size adjustments we are able to do.
