How does your magnetic wallpaper work?
The magnetic wallpaper is composed of two parts: a magnet receptive liner and our wallpaper. The magnet receptive liner is pasted onto the wall first like a normal wallpaper liner with the wallpaper paste we supply. This will make the wall receptive to magnets. Once it has dried, our wallpaper is pasted on top to create a fully-interactive landscape.
Which paste do I use to install the magnetic wallpaper?
We will supply you with the paste and instructions for how to install the magnetic wallpaper.
For the normal wallpaper, we strongly recommend Solvite extra strong wallpaper adhesive or any other high quality wallpaper paste.
How do I install the Magnetic wallpaper?

What is the size of the wallpaper rolls? How many rolls will I need?
If you have any doubts or need help with calculating the number of rolls you will need, please feel free to email your dimensions to us at email@example.com and we will help you to calculate the requirements. We will aim to email you back with an answer within 2 hours (GMT working hours).
Can I see samples of the wallpaper before I place my order?
We recommend that you purchase samples of the wallpaper before making your purchase, because the colours seen on your monitor may differ slightly from the actual colour of the wallpaper and the light in your room will also affect the overall look. You will receive a discount code with your sample, so when you purchase your wallpaper rolls, the 15% discount will more than compensate for your initial sample purchase.

What is a Batch Number?
A batch number indicates rolls that have been produced together. Rolls from the same batch should be hung together to avoid any roll to roll colour discrepancies.

How to care for our wallpapers?
Please use the hanging instructions on the reverse of the Wallpaper roll label.
Please ensure that all your wallpaper rolls have the same batch number on arrival. You must inspect your Wallpaper for any faults or flaws before hanging, upon receipt of your order, and let us know within 48 hours if there are any problems.
We cannot be responsible for replacing any Wallpaper that has been hung before inspection.

How to care for our cushions?
We recommend our cushion covers to be washed by hand in soapy warm water (30°C)
Rinse and flat dry. Iron on high heat setting with cushion cover turned inside out.
Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.
How to care for our gigantic scissors or bears?
We recommend our gigantic stuffed scissors and bears to be washed by hand in soapy warm water (30°C). Rinse and squeeze out as much water as possible. Flat dry in close proximity to a warm source. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.
How to care for our bed linens?
Our bed linens are machine washable at 40°C and benefit from regular ironing or steaming at a high temperature. Tumble dry as normal. Do not dry clean. Do not bleach.
Do you offer gift packaging?
We can provide a gift card with a handwritten message if required. We can also provide some tissue paper in your package; please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and any additional requirements.
Will you be able to recommend a decorator for us?
If you are based in the UK we can recommend a few decorators we have had good experience with previously. We cannot currently recommend decorators outside of the UK, however this may change in the future. Please feel free to contact us in any case and we will endeavour to help you.
I don’t know how many rolls of wallpaper I will need. Will you be able to help me?
If you have any doubts or need help with calculating the number of rolls you will need, please feel free to email your dimensions to us at email@example.com and we will help you work it out. We will aim to email you back with an answer within 2 hours.
What happens if we ordered a few rolls and need more?
Our wallpapers are hand printed in small batches and colours may vary slightly between each batch. Please send us the original batch number or your date of purchase so that we can track the batch your wallpaper came from and match accordingly.

Where can I purchase Sian Zeng products?
All our products can be bought online at our online shop www.sianzeng.com/wordpress and can be delivered anywhere around the world.

Can I place an order online without an account?
Yes, once you have added all items to your shopping basket, go to the checkout and fill in your details without ticking the create an account box.
How do I use the discount code?
At the checkout you will see a discount code field. Please enter your discount code into the field and click apply. Your discount will be applied to your cart immediately.
How do I use the gift voucher?
To redeem your gift voucher simply enter your voucher code to our discount code field at the checkout and click apply. Your gift voucher will be applied to your cart immediately.
How do I create an account?
To create an account, click on the Login/Register button in the top right corner and select whether you would like to login or register. Once you have registered, you will be logged into your account dashboard where you will be able to edit your billing and delivery details, change your password and view your orders. You can also fill in your billing and delivery details at checkout; your details will be saved automatically.
Alternatively, during the checkout process you will be able to tick the ‘create an account’ box and enter a password. Your account will be automatically created once you checkout.
How do I edit my account information?
You can edit your account information at any time by logging into your dashboard on the top right corner of the website. You will be able to change your name, e-mail address, billing and delivery details.
What do the statuses mean? How to read my account.
Once you have placed an order, you will be able to see the status of your order in your account dashboard.
- Pending – Order received (unpaid)
- Failed – Payment failed or was declined (unpaid)
- Processing – Payment received and your products are being packed
- Completed – Order dispatched
- Cancelled – Cancelled by an admin or the customer
- Refunded – Refunded by an admin
If I change my delivery details in my account, will my pending order be delivered to my new delivery address?
Changing the delivery details in your account will not affect any pending orders. If you need to change the delivery address of a pending order, we can only do this if the order has not yet been dispatched. You will be responsible for any changes in delivery charges, which must be paid before we can dispatch your products to you.
I have set up an account online but I have not received a confirmation email. what should I do?
Please check your spam folder in the first instance. If you have not received an email to your spam folder please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Delivery and Returns Policy
When will my order ship?
We aim to send out Sian Zeng Products on the next working day after we receive an order.
What is your returns policy?
We have a 14 days returns policy. Please see our Delivery and Returns Policy page for more details.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship to the UK in 2-3 working days, Europe in 3-6 working days and the rest of the world in 5-9 working days. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us at email@example.com and we may be able to arrange a fast delivery for you.
How much is delivery?
Free UK delivery is offered on orders of £45 and above. UK delivery for small parcels is £1.25 and medium size parcels are £2.95, as calculated by Royal Mail. For more details on international shipment prices, please go to our Delivery terms and Returns page.
My order hasn’t arrived.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time period for delivery, please contact us and we will contact our shipping company. If there is an excessive delay on your order
(15 days UK, 20 workings days Europe, 25 working days rest of the world) we will send a replacement item to you immediately.
An item is missing from my order.
When you receive your order from us and you notice that you are missing an item(s), please notify us immediately and we will rectify the mistake straight away.
